Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a month later. Then there was a phone screen with NewBay's consultant. Finally, there was a google chat with two UK HR folks. All the people I spoke with in the organization were open to answer all questions I had. They did a good job making me feel comfortable during the interviews.
