Spoke with a member of the Talent team for a quick 15 min screen that barely included any questions--general rundown of the role. From there, was scheduled with SVP of Talent Management for a 30 minute zoom. Second round included 4 additional calls (15-30 minutes each). Process took about 4 months and found out that they were going in a different direction for the role.
