The interview process typically begins with an initial screening to assess basic qualifications and interest in the role. This is followed by a manager interview, then a panel interview with team members to evaluate collaborative and leadership skills. The final stage often includes executive interviews focused on assessing cultural fit, strategic thinking, and how well the candidate’s long-term vision aligns with NYRR’s mission to inspire people through running and community-based youth programs.
Many rounds, never clear what the day to day of the job was, but welcoming atmosphere and friendly interviewers, it helps to be very interested in running even if the position is not directly related to it.

Entrevista
They contacted me a month after applying. Within a week of their initial contact I had a phone and in person interview. They contacted my refernces the day after my in person interview. They told me they would have a desicion made within 2 weeks. After that time came and went I reached out to them 4 times and was told no desicion was made and they would update me. After trying to call the HR rep and leaving messages multiple times I got no response whatsoever. They completely disregarded my time or situation and led me on for weeks.
