Online application, got called by HR within a week for an interview where they just ask you to organize material alphabetically and numerically. Got called for a second interview onsite by the hiring department and interviewed followed by the job offer later in the day.

Interviews in person with managing library, went over my resume and work experience. Asked basic questions relevant to the job, why I wanted to work there, and let me know by the end of the interview if I was hired or not.

After submitting my resume, I waited for one week to get an interview invitation. Then I received an offer call 10 days later. Most are general questions and I truly enjoying talking with the team.
