First phone interview scheduled, very basic behavioral questions and going over resume. Second interviews scheduled after two weeks. Based on what positions you listed for preference, different departments go over your resume and from there multiple second round interviews can begin if the department is interested.

The interview process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The commission structure is 100%, with no base which did not work for me. Office was nice. Opted to interview for another role.
