I was asked questions about sales. The entire process was very short and they are always looking for new employees because of the nature of high turn over rates in sales companies like that. They look for personable people that seem like they can learn quickly.

Interviewer immediately commented that I I was in my bedroom and wearing regular cloths for the job interview, stating that "this is a fortune 100 company and what i am wearing is very unprofessional. I did research on the role beforehand, it is entirely commission based and relies on you networking to your friends and family, similar to a financial advisor at northwestern mutual or other such companies. Why would I put on an entire suit in the comfort of my own home for a 15 minute first interview, for a role that isn't even salary. I would suggest the company look at persons experience and skills before their appearance. If they would like to get an impression of how an individual presents themselves in a professional setting, then schedule an in person interview.
