The process started with telephone interview which led to being invited to an in person interview. There was a three step interview process after that which included a standard interview. The second meeting was a presentation of job requirements and sales goals and an overview of the training process. The purpose was for the candidate to understand what the requirements of the job were and the type of support and training that was provided. The third meeting was with the director.

Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
