I applied twice, received a response twice, was told I would know next week and nothing. The first response was 8 months ago, the most recent I was called directly with no heads up and then ghosted.

Most confusing interview process I've ever experienced. After 3 interviews, Dale offered me a salary and essentially spoke to me about my "new position" but never actually said "you're hired." I had to ask. When I did ask, he said that he had a "really good candidate" that came across his desk that morning that he wanted to interview first. It seems as though he strung me along, saying just the right things to keep me locked-in. He was very misleading and unprofessional, especially when he felt the need to inform me of his "great new applicant" at the end of my third and final interview.
