First interview was basic intro to the company and finding out why you are interested in the industry /New York Life. You will also be asked to take an assessment before the second interview.
Second interview was about me, the candidate presenting ideas about how to prospect. This is critical since we are in a pandemic. I was also asked to fill out Ten Market Survey Questionnaires.
My third interview is forthcoming. We will discuss Comp. This entire process is taking five days, including the weekend.
My suggestion to anyone reading this is to be yourself. Don't try to impress. If the interviewer doesn't appreciate the authentic version of you, then you probably aren't going to be a good fit.

Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.

Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
