First met them at a job fair.
They have a 3 interview process.
In the 1st interview, you learn about their business model and take some personality test questions to assess you on different qualities they look for in agents. Overall, it took about an hour. After you leave, you're given homework: fill out an online questionnaire about your personal financials and come up with 10(!) references. I emailed my interviewer a question afterwards, but I never heard back from them.
My 2nd interview wasn't as good. The interviewer called and said I'd get an emailed invite to confirm the interview: never got it. I emailed them the day of the interview to see if it was still on, and they wrote back and confirmed. Once I got there, they were not prepared: they thought I was there for a 1st interview, not 2nd. I was asked how many people I knew--how many of my Facebook friends & LinkedIn contacts I actually knew. They gave me a 15 surveys--10 to conduct with my references ("in order for it to be legal, it's a survey: you're not talking about products" is what they said), and 5 that my references referred--to assess your personal market. "Completing these surveys is your ticket to the 3rd interview," I was told. I had a problem asking my references if they would be interested in buying life insurance from me since the wording of the survey sounded like a sales pitch, even if it's a future sales pitch. I had asked a question--"is this a 1099 position?"--which wasn't answered until I was on my way out the door after it was clear there would be no 3rd interview for me.

An AI bot was asking me questions, very unpersonalized. It would have been nice to at least speak to someone and have the opportunity to showcase my abilities. Do not Recommend!

There was an online assessment and a series of in office interviews. However there were lots of important information that was glossed over or not revealed, There are a lot of cost you most cover in the first year even though you are only commission, example; you have to pay to use an office if their building space. I did original except an offer, I later left due to the miss information presented during the interview process.

Initial interview. Then a personality assessment. Then another interview to discuss the results and an overview of the compensation structure and to ask any questions. Next you fill out an application and review the compensation structure via a sent link. Then the final interview and formal offer.
