I had one phone interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes, then received an offer about a week and a half later. The process was very smooth and efficient and the questions were fair and related to a specific department the recruiters thought I would be best fit.

My interview was all behavioral questions, not very difficult. I was interviewed by a panel and everyone was nice. Be prepared to answer questions about conflict, working style, and projects,
