The manager was more concerned about getting to know me rather than asking the dumb questions of "why do you wanna work here" etc. We talked about my passion for swimming, my past experiences ( being on a swim team) How do i personalize my swim class curriculum to fit the members needs. Where do i see myself in the future and pursuing my career in aquatics.
