Had a zoom interview with the Director of adepartment . Interview was ok, I didn't meet all of the qualifications and I wasn't offered the job. What really stood out to me with this organization was that there was no follow up, email or notice stating that I didn't get the job. I've never experienced that with any company or organization so I definitely wouldn't recommend this organization to anyone. They ghost applicants even after having a 30 minute interview. Super unprofessional for an organization.
