The first interview was quick and straightforward and over zoom. The manager who interviewed me was straight to the point and was professional. I was asked to come in for a "ride along" after the zoom call.

Received a text from HR requesting an interview. Spoke with him. Then next step was talk to local GM by Google meet. Then go in for ride along. HR gave me some information that was a bit misleading but it was cleared up at ride along. Ride along was half a day and mostly in office.

Conversational. They asked about my background and I found them very knowledgeable. They were generally interested in what I had to say. And the ride-along made a difference. They then asked me to present in font of the group, which was new.

Phone interview giving a brief over view of the company and sharing your work experience. Then an in person interview followed by a invite to a team meeting and ride along. Tons of valuable information and a great company.
