I applied through indeed and after a week got an email from HR of 2 telephonic interviews. First interview was with team lead. All behavioral questions. Very easy. I answered them as best as i can and the interviewer looks impressed. The second interviewer was quite strange. Did not looked interested. Created a doubt on my mind and he didn't asked me anything. Just asked me I can ask him any questions I want to. I was expecting a call for the second round since the interview was too easy but even after following up 2 times in 3 weeks , I got no reply. Suddenly one day I get a general mail that thanks for applying and you are not selected. What was that. Didn't expect this from them. And they won't even tell you the reason. Very bad and no management at all. They don't take their potential employees seriously. Do not expect much from them.
