I interviewed with the company twice. Each time, the interviewer’s style was direct, intense, and highly assessment-oriented. It did not feel like a two-way discussion and there was limited time spent answering my questions about the role. Candidates should be ready for detailed follow-up questions that explore their experience more deeply. The compensation is lower than similar-level opportunities elsewhere. One positive is that I received direct feedback on how I was assessed by the interviewer, which is something many companies do not provide.
