Applied through a staffing agency, only to find out weeks later that I had to re-do all the paperwork with another staffing agency because the original one wasn’t even allowed to staff in that particular area. I had a phone interview with the terminal manager at that time, never even got to meet him in person. He was out of the office when I started, then he quit to work elsewhere. The staffing agency called me a few hours after the interview & told me I was hired. That should have been a red flag to me, but I accepted anyways. I filled out the paperwork at the staffing agency, had the phone interview with the company, and got a job offer all in the same day.
