I had two Zoom interviews, each with different lab PIs. The interview style is up to the discretion of the PI, so one of them was a brief phone interview and the other was about a 30-45 min Zoom call. From there I was contacted by one of the PIs who was interested in me, and I was offered a job soon after that.
