Met with three different people over the course of the interview, and all of them seemed pleasant. Truly seemed like a great company to work for. However, when they stated that the pay was minimum wage, it turned me off completely. A company that values employees and appreciates their hard work would give them at least enough of a salary to survive. They seemed to be looking for someone that just needs extra pocket money, rather than someone who is pursuing a career.
