I was asked some questions about my sales history and job history. Interviewer briefly discussed my character and then asked me to sell him a stapler on my 2nd interview! I went through what I now know as the feature and benefit display of the stapler. Looks like I sold him because I've been here ever since

Met with management then went into another meeting with General Manager. At first no one had me scheduled for an interview due to someone who had scheduled it two weeks prior was let go before my initial interview. Management does screening and then you sit with General Manager if they see a fit possible.
