I was called and had a brief over the phone interview, followed by 2 more interviews. After being hired you are required to do a background check, then a drug test. I declined their offer though because you do not get tipped. It is a flat pay, based on experience, starting at $13. That's not very high for requesting people with fine dining experience.

The interview was pleasant and lasted approximately 45 minutes. At the end of the interview I was instructed that I would receive a call in a couple days but never received one.
