Read the job description and at the end it says "To make sure we hire the people best suited to our culture, we’ve designed an intensive, task-based selection process so be prepared to work hard to earn this opportunity." When you read something like that, why would you ever apply here? They obviously have some seriously backwards thinking. All the emphasis is on what you can do for them. Forget the fact that task based assessments are a poor judge of how someone would be as an employee. Looks like all of those reviews and interviews are pretty accurate. So many choices, why put yourself through this?
