I applied for this position in Dec 2020 and got my first and second interview in two weeks. In Jan 2021 after a month I received another invitation for a team meeting. I was supposed to join a zoom meeting with 4 people including the president of the company. it was scheduled 3 hours zoom meeting!! The result showed good and I got a very good feed back afterwards. It was on hold again until few weeks and I received another call regarding the another meeting/interview in Feb 2021 that had to be held in the office location in downtown Vancouver. At the same time I had another job offer but I was hopping Neurio's hiring going well as I got again a good feedback from the manager after the onsite meeting. . I haven't heard again for a while But after again few weeks I got the phone call and I was told that they decided to go with the other candidate for this position.... I accepted it with all respect regardless to wasting of too much of my time and energy over nothing for over three months but at least I knew it's finally ended at this point.!!! Today I WAS SURPRISED when I saw they put the ad up again and it is such a WOW to me!!! It's been 3 months you've all been through the hiring process and by the sudden you noticed that none of the candidates are right for this position?!! It is that hard to figure about the person's personality and background after months?? Hiring of a new person normally takes one or two weeks or max a month with other places where I worked with., some how they are bigger in size than Neurio's even!! I'm not certain but It seems to me that might not have every one in that department got involved into the hiring process and that might have caused too much disagreements and different ideas in order to making the final decision about the new person to joint the team. I haven't seen before this kind of hiring process with the other companies before.
