The hiring manager and one other senior Engineer would be involved in the hiring/interview process.
Most of the questions revolve around competency so depending on the role you may be applying for the interviewers these could vary.

Pregunta 1
There were questions relating to technical matters of civil engineering, relating to bridges, in particular wrt route clearance.
Uncomplicated, not lengthy interview. Focused on real job situations and soft skills, rather than hard skill oriented. Line manager and senior engineer attended from Network Rail side. The interview was very oriented on how I dealt with specific situations in my previous career.

Competency-based interview, usually situational questions, last for 90 minutes. You need to demonstrate examples from your daily working. Take your time to think and then answer as per STAR technique. In case you need time to think, you should convey this to your interviewer.
