The process took quite some time, but all the stages were pleasant. They answer very fast, always keep you updated about things and care about your interview experience. The process contains speaking to the manager, HR, CTO, tech lead, developers (technical interview), self-presentation and an introduction survey. Everywhere I felt listened and it was like a dialogue with them answering my questions as well and presenting the company. At the end they explained why they couldn't offer me anything. I suggest you at the start to be ready to give detailed written answers to a bunch of questions about your work behaviour and your future plans.
