There was an initial chat, a break of about 2 weeks, then 2 interviews very close to each other. The final interview was a video based interview with a scenario to go through.

Interview process was a technical CTF challenge, followed by an interview. There was a minimum points requirement on the CTF before an interview could be scheduled. Interview consisted of a practical demonstration of enumeration skills, followed by a few technical scenarios and questions - largely OWASP related.
