I submitted an application online. A recruiter reached out through email 3 days later to get my availability for a recruiter screen interview via Zoom. The recruiter set up the Zoom interview based on the availability I provided. At the time arranged for the interview, the recruiter did not join the video call. The recruiter did not respond when I tried to pinging on email and phone during the interview timeslot. I did not receive any follow-up or explanation afterwards from either the recruiter or anyone else at the company.
