Recruiter was fun to chat with, following was a "technical" interview where they only asked about my resume (no challenging questions), with a final interview with the director who seemed less than interested in chatting. Recruiter told me a salary range that matched what I was looking for. In the final interview the director asked if I knew the salary range, to which I replied yes. He then told me that range was wrong and too high and asked for my lowest acceptable amount (which was still too high). Poor on the team to not be in sync and lead me around. Haven't heard back in over a month, even after sending a follow up email
