Initial screening before the interview was smooth, I was giving briefing about the position and took my candidature details to check the fitment. And zoom call was fixed for next day. Round 1 with gentleman went on good, he asked me relevant questions based on job requirement ,once he was convinced ,confirmed 2nd call with lady boss. Well from beginning of interview lady looked disinterested as if she has already made up her mind which actually gave me negative vibes . She asked some irrelevant questions which was not part of JD and declared me unfit for the job.
