Round I - phone screen with the recruiter. Pretty standard behavioral questions and the interviewer gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the role or the company. Round II - 30 minute video interview with a Designer on the team. A few background questions before diving into a portfolio review/presentation. Round III - 4 total interviews. First one was a 45 minute presentation to the entire team about some work you're proud of. Second and third interviews were white board challenges. The interviewers are there to help you if you have any questions. Final interview is a one on one with the hiring manager so the both of you can get to know each other better.
