1. Phone screen with recruiter 2. Phone screen with hiring manager 3. Tech phone screen with a senior data scientist. The third tech phone screen experience with a lady was terrible. She asked tons of ML questions in first 30 minutes, then in the last 15 minutes, she asked me to implement an advanced ML algorithm FROM SCRATC H!!! I have interviewed and been interviewed for/by many people and I 100% believe this is a 45min- 1hour hard coding question for ML engineers. What's worse, the lady didn't even put any problem description on the code board. When I tried to gave my thought on the problem, the lady kept disapprove me with aggressive tone. I feel I was talking to a cold and rude person who were willing to share zero help. This is the worst interview experience I have ever had.
