Three interviews were done over a couple of months, mostly group interviews. Meeting the team you will work with was nice to get a sense yourself of whether or not you will fit with the team.

I scheduled an interview with them for 10:30 am from the week before. They were 33 minutes late. For initial conversations, I have a 5 minute rule, and 10 minutes if it's after that. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes. You don't want to work for someone who can't even make an interview. They don't care about your time.
