Had someone from Netflix's recruitment team reach out to me via LinkedIn. Went in to be interviewed by seven people in a four hour window. It was a smooth interview process and very detail oriented. Before I went in to interview, they sent me a document to read that gives a lengthly overview of Netflix's company culture which was a bit off putting to be honest (we all know Netflix has a cutthroat environment already).
