The phone screening went great. The recruiter even rescheduled when we had a miscommunication about the form of communication. The screening was effective at letting me know how I aligned with the expectations of the role, along with the more routine questions. Although we ended a bit early, I left feeling fantastic about the screening. Only con so far has been getting a response about the status of the application. Everything else was fantastic.
