The actual interview process is really no different than any other silicon valley technology based company. Meaning the interview consisted with a line up with key individuals who you would be working with for day to day operations.
Thus, each of these key contributors will inquire about your relevant experience and whether you can have an immediate impact.
The personality tests is directed to gather your level of passion for this industry and the work they are trying to do. It is clear if this is another job to you and lack the drive to accelerate in this space, then this isn't the place for you.
The IQ/intelligence test is directed at how well you can handle an dynamic environment and think on your feet. So if you require input A to create output A, and input B to create output B, but not able to make input C and output C on your own, then this isn't the place for you.
Of course this is my interpretation of my interview process, so ymmv.
