Phone screen plus multiple 30-45 minute video calls with various people that you would be working with. It seemed like the people chosen were chosen on purpose which was great, because you could get a good sense of how it would be like to work with them. I had interviews with one engineer, the manager, and two others that were not directly on the team (but still relevant to the work).
