I applied through the staffing operation department and had them forward my resume to the HR department. I got an email 2 days later to set up a phone interview. The interview was pretty standard, but I was a bit nervous and it negatively impacted my performance. The interviewer was quick to wind down the interview after she picked up on my nerves.
