The interview process with Netflix started with an application and a recruiter screening call where we discussed my background and interest in the role. After that, I had a technical interview focused on coding and problem-solving. There was also a system design round where I was asked to design and explain a scalable system and talk through my decisions. The process was clear and well structured, but I didn’t progress to the final stage.
