It begins with a phone screening. Then there are a round of interviews with select individuals- you spend time discussing further with the recruiter and the hiring manager- followed by two panel interviews. The first panel is with ICs in the business and peers and the second is with higher level contributors and stakeholders.

There’s no technical questions related to systems or data architecture or even logic tests, it’s all just questions about experience and methods of work.
