2 Technical rounds. First round was telephonic round from onsite panel from Skype.. More focussed on Algorithm and problem solving. And second was face 2 face.. Telecom background more preferred..

The tech recruiter reached out and did a quick interview to validate English proficiency and to get a summary of my profession experience.
Later on I was interviewed by a member of the technical team.
They didn't give me any feedback, I had to ask almost a month later.

Pregunta 1
They asked ridiculously specific programming language questions that don't relate at all to the real day to day work, like:
- "If you assign two structs together, what happens?"
The best programmer is not the one that have all the answers memorized, but one who can research and test the fastest.
Guess what, I could answer in detail questions like this after 2 min writing a program that runs that specific scenario.
Terrible interview that doesn't measure at all the ability to learn and get things done.
- Uncertain interview process
- Fake promise while Joining and interview.
- No designation , experience and salary in sync.
- If some acquaintance, then interview would be just chit chat.
- Poor system of interview

Entrevista
As described in other interview experiences at GlassDoor, the management is very inadequate.
My interview was scheduled at 11am, while my first round started at 2:40pm.
I lots all my interest and excitement about interview by then.
None of the people from resource-management were available/visible; while all the candidates just kept waiting at reception. Rather, a few people from some consultancy company were managing the candidates (who left just before lunch time).
I attended my first round halfheartedly. It was first time I felt so much happiness for being rejected !
