The interviewers succeeded to create a safe environment for the candidates, which is a rare aspect of an employer. The duration of the group interview was for about three hours, after that each candidate had a three minutes one to one with the interviewers. It is the type of interview where it doesn't matter if you are hired or not, because you just had a great experience and lots of fun.
