Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en NetSuite (Manila, )
Entrevista
1. Heard from a friend about the job
2. Texted HR and sent my CV
3. Phone interview with HR which lasted 25 minutes.
4. Scheduled for an interview with team leads and practice managers
5. I Arrived at almost 11 pm and completed (3) three team lead interviews at 2:30 am. Interview with the practice manager was fast.
6. I got home at 3:30 am.
7. Job offer
8. Interview with director
It took me 15 days from HR phone interview to Job offer signing. If it weren't for my phone mishap and unavailability of the director, the recruitment process might only last for a week.
The people I talked to Netsuite were very professional. Michelle was so responsive on all of my questions. Job offer was unbelievable and I accepted it. Now, I am excited and very much looking forward to becoming a part of their team.

I had a total of 4 interviews. First with the recruiter, second with a technical team, 3rd and 4th with practice leaders. The entire process took around 6 weeks from first interview to offer. Because of the Oracle acquisition, they have to get NetSuite Approval then Oracle Approval which takes a couple weeks.

First was a screening interview with a recruiter; he was awesome. Had a second, hour-long interview with a resource manager. It seemed to go well, we had good rapport with each other and all, but he asked me zero questions so I found that odd. He literally just said "walk me through your resume" and asked no intervening or follow-up questions about my experience. Then I was told a few days later that I wasn't qualified. Maybe if they asked questions relevant to the position (or any at all) I'd have better demonstrated my qualifications for it. I don't know the details of that job -- how am I supposed to knock it out of the park when nobody's throwing me any pitches? I basically had to speak in higher-level generalities about my experience wishing for some pointed questions but none were asked. I work as a Consultant at SAP, and I'm happy to stay there now that Netsuite has been bought by Oracle.

Hiring process took one month. Two phone interviews happend on different days: 1. experience 2. personality. After a week, I received a call for a face to face interview with peer and TL. On the same day, I was endorsed to the manager but since the manager is not around, I was asked to come back. After the interview with the manager, I was asked to stay for the final interview with the Director. Final interview was more on setting expectations. All interviewers are direct to the point and are into past experiences.
