They don't have an HR department, so the whole process was run by some developers working in Netmatch, who have assumed some additional responsibilities.
The first interview was mostly a company presentation.
The second one was a technical discussion, not too in-depth, but covering a wide area of technologies/subjects.
The third one was with a PM and the CTO of the company; the subjects were both regarding development process/approach and also very concrete and concise problems resolutions.
