I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn and did a quick interview with her (about 15 min). Then I received a code assignment: create an HTML5 Canvas simple game in a weekend. After a few days, a technical interview was scheduled.
The tech call was conducted by two developers and took about 40 min. They asked me about my previous experiences, knowledge of Javascript, HTML5 and Java7/Java8. To my surprise, there were no questions about my solution to the coding test.
A day later, I received an email informing me that my knowledge of Javascript was less than necessary for the position, and some suggestions for improvement of my skills.
