I did test online. Then it takes more than 2 months to get email that I pass the test. About interview, two interviewers, feel like they do not want anyone just go through the process.

Entrevista
Two interviewers will ask about their gaming experience in MMO games and conduct in-depth questioning based on their understanding of one of the games. I chose a boss battle in World of Warcraft and asked very detailed questions. The entire interview process is relatively easy, and the interviewer will guide the conversation direction.

Entrevista
1. apply for the position online
2. choose a branch position of game designers (narrative, numeric, system, level, combat)
3.take an online test. test content is based on your branch choice. a narrative designer candidate has no need to answer math
4. attend to the interview. mostly on-site, but online interview is also permitted if you are not in China
