Applied online, spoke with HR and hiring manager. Hiring Manager seems nice and knowledgeable. He arranged interview with two in experienced folks, one was off camera as he was sick. Not sure why he joined when he was sick. Both engineers themself doesn't know any of the technologies in the requirement. One of the guy says that container orchestration is complicated compared to deploying on bare metal, they deploy using kubectl, they don't know what is helm or kubernetes operator when I said I developed operators in go lang. Asked very basic stuff for the title and they are jr engineers. No response and HR ghosted me. I don't know why companies brag about giving feedback in 48 hours. Which was a lie obviously.
