Initial screening with recruiter and 1:1 with hiring manager, followed by a technical presentation on a project of my own choice. During the technical solution presentation I was asked the typical questions that would be posed to an SE presenting a solution e.g. "What is the USP of your product?"

I thought it went well!! However, I felt if this program had a 90 training option; it should’ve been more insight on why someone was rejected. Not quite sure what interviewers are looking for these days.
