Entrevista
I applied for this function through one service agency. After one day I got a call for phone interview. The function is actually to be located in Schipol rijk, even so the team lead of recruitment coordinator is based in Munich, so upon a confirmation from both sides, arranged by the agency I had my phone interview, it was like approximately 45 minutes talk. Some behavioural questions and other questions were about my experience and qualifications. I could answer all those questions easily because they were just like closely related to my previous working experience. I was pretty confident that I would make it to the next round. Upon the comencement of my interview, I received an immediate feedback from her, sent to the agency that I was qualified and blabla and that I could wait for the next arrangement for the on-site interview within a week, which should have been in Schipol. At the end of a week after I received quite shocking feedback, that they had decided not to going forwar with my candidacy just because the team had a bad experience in the past about hiring somebody with a less experience ( I have 2,7 years experience in this field, yet they did not even mention their desire years of working experience in their vacancy), and that she/he could not perform the duties and that they were becoming picky enzovoort, which seriously I took it as a very much unprofessional justification for such company which is the fourth best working place blabla of fortune blabla. Their recruitment process and their judgement decisions speak for themselves. What a disappoinment. I would not recommend this company to even any of people i know.

They simply ask questions about your experience in previous recruitment work, that all. Yet again, employers fail to shortlist the right person for the interview. If you know on paper that someone does not have certain skills that you require, don’t bother interviewing them wasting their time since you are going to reject for “lack of experience” for this and that. Do better and shortlist only the right people you know you would want to hire them. Worse still, of you know that this person is not suitable, don’t even put them through the 2nd interview. All screening process should be there to weed out unsuitable candidates and this company failed to do that. Bad practice! Bad practice! Do not recommend!
