I had 3 interviews with Net at Work. The first one was with the recruiter who was late to the interview so she had to redo the screening interview twice. Then I interviewed with the Director of Recruiting and during the interview it became clear that the company is too small to hire an additional recruiter and that's the reason why they keep reposting the same job over and over for the last year. Overall the process was disorganized and it seems they're just collecting your information and ideas when it comes to process.
