Phone screen / culture fit with the HR manager, followed by an in-person interview with two people on the team. This took the form of a chat about the role and culture for about an hour, followed by a walkthrough presentation of a project with questions and a live whiteboard exercise AND competitor site review. Finally another chat with HR/ops. It was very long end to end - about 2.5 hours - and I found it difficult and tiring as well as the focus being on 'testing' me rather than seeing if it was a good role match. I was offered to advance to the next stage (a paid demo day in the office) I withdrew at that point as I didn't feel the culture was right for me.
